FAQ

Most of our leases are for 12 months, with renewal options available. Terms may vary depending on the property.




Rent may be paid in a variety of ways. We accept Cashapp, cash, check, and secure card payments through QuickBooks.



What are your lease terms?

How do I pay rent?

Submit maintenance requests directly through TurboTenant anytime or by text. Our team responds promptly to keep your home safe and comfortable.




We generally recommend that rent not exceed 30% of a tenant’s gross monthly income. Applications are reviewed fairly and consistently through TurboTenant.




What if I need maintenance?

What are your application or income requirements?

No. A non-refundable move-in fee is required. The amount depends on the property and will be listed in the rental details.




Many of our homes are pet-friendly. If pets are allowed, an additional pet fee of $300 per pet will apply at move-in, and monthly $15 pet rent per pet. Check each property listing for details.




Is a security deposit required?

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We comply with all federal, state, and local housing laws, including acceptance of housing assistance where applicable.
